Here’s a quick overview of the process you’ll need to complete to become a D’Arcy’s Pint franchisee:

Step 1: Application
Contact us and let us know that you are interested in becoming a D'Arcy's Pint franchisee by completing our on-line Application. In our Application, we collect preliminary information from you to help us determine if you meet our initial financial requirements, qualifications, and geographic preferences.
Step 2: Our First Meeting
Upon receipt from you of a completed Application, and if you meet our initial criteria, we will contact you for purposes of setting up a meeting to get to know you, answer your questions and discuss potential locations for a D’Arcy’s Pint restaurant.  We expect you to ask a lot of questions during this meeting to get a full understanding of the venture you are about to undertake.  This visit provides both of us with an opportunity to assess whether there is good potential for a successful venture.  If we mutually agree, we will collect from you further information and prepare background, character and credit checks to verify all submitted information. If these checks are favorable, we will arrange for you to visit our headquarters in Springfield, Illinois in order to continue the process toward you becoming a D’Arcy’s Pint franchisee.

Step 3: Springfield Visit
When you visit our headquarters in Springfield, Illinois, you will meet our top executives and get a chance to observe the activities at our original location and learn about our franchise program and the support we offer.  You will be able to ask questions and get a good feel for the atmosphere and culture we are asking you to create in your own franchise location. We will also provide you with our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and our franchise agreement.

Step 4: Franchisee Approval
After your visit to Springfield, we will perform our final review and processing of your Application and if we determine that you are a good fit for us and our concept and meet all of our criteria to become a franchisee, you will be offered a franchise for a D’Arcy’s Pint restaurant.

Step 5: Sign franchise agreement
To finalize the process, you will sign our franchise agreement and submit the initial franchisee fee to us.  Upon our acceptance of a signed franchise agreement from you and the initial franchisee fee, we will sign the franchise agreement.  You can now open and run your own D’Arcy’s Pint restaurant.
