As a D’Arcy’s Pint franchisee, we provide you with our system to operate a successful business. In the days and weeks before you open, you will be very busy! But, you can have confidence knowing you have an experienced team behind you who will personally assist you as you prepare to open your D’Arcy’s Pint restaurant.
After a mutually agreeable location is selected for your D’Arcy’s Pint restaurant, and our approval of your construction plans, you may begin the construction and development of your D’Arcy’s Pint restaurant. We will provide you with our then-current standards, specifications and other requirements for design and layout , decoration, fixtures, equipment, furniture, signs and other items for your D’Arcy’s Pint restaurant. We will monitor the construction process and be available to answer questions and provide assistance to you to make sure that you comply with our construction and pre-opening standards, specifications and other requirements.
During our corporate training process, you will return to our headquarters in Springfield, Illinois, and undergo our On-The-Job training where you will observe and participate in the activities of operating a D’Arcy’s Pint restaurant. This is where you and your staff will learn the art of creating an Irish pub atmosphere in your own D'Arcy's Pint restaurant.
During our corporate training process, we will discuss with you restaurant management, customer service, menu items, food preparation, liquor sales and inventory management. After you have successfully completed our training, we will continue to be in touch with you and assist you all the way through opening day.
Once you are ready to open your D’Arcy’s Pint restaurant, we will provide you with such assistance and support as we believe is necessary, which may include on-site training and an opening crew to help you with the grand opening of your D’Arcy’s Pint restaurant.
90 Day Post-Opening Program
During the first 90 days of your operation, we will track the performance of your D’Arcy’s Pint restaurant closely. We will monitor your staff and the overall operation of your D’Arcy’s Pint restaurant and provide suggestions and feedback to you. We will review reports, help you work with our vendors, and assist you with marketing efforts. We are always just a phone call away!
